BizPro Resources is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all users. This Code of Conduct explains the expected behaviour when using our website, courses, and services. By using our platform, you agree to follow these guidelines.

LearnPro Academy (Pty) Ltd fully owns the BizPro Resources brand. As such, anyone interacting with the BizPro brand is subject to the LearnPro Academy Code of Conduct, as follows:

At LearnPro Academy we are striving to be the premier destination for online learning in Africa. LearnPro works to connect people through knowledge and learning experiences. To foster a diverse and inclusive learning enviornment, we expect staff, instructors, and business partners to maintain a level of conduct both on and off the LearnPro platform in accordance with LearnPro's Values, Vision, and Mission, so that together, we can build platform that impacts lives and moves their economic needle.

Anyone found engaging in activities that could negatively impact learner trust, will face a review of their account status. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Criminal or harmful conduct

  • Hateful or discriminatory conduct or speech

  • Spreading disinformation or misinformation

When investigating allegations of misconduct, LearnPro's leadership will consider a number of factors, including:

  • The nature of the offense

  • The gravity of the offense

  • Related legal or disciplinary proceedings

  • Any demonstrated patterns of troubling behavior

  • The extent to which the conduct is related to the individual's role within LearnPro

  • The life circumstances and age of the individual at the time of the offce

  • The time elapsed since the activity

  • Demonstrated efforts made towards rehabilitation

We understand everyone makes mistakes. At LearnPro, we believe that anyone, anywhere, can build a better life through access to education. Any inquiries into misconduct investigated by LearnPro's leadership will be focused on evaluating the ongoing impacts and risks to leaners, LearnPro's reputation, and the reputation of any LearnPro brands.
